Well, I didn't quite finish yesterday's post. Don't remember why exactly. I was probably really tired. That's seems to be quite common for me lately. For whatever reason I just don't sleep well and it seems like I just lose a little more sleep each progressive night.
That does remind me of one thing though: I was really going nuts with the jog/walking for a while there. I found this little trail that is five miles round trip. And up until I stopped doing it I was jogging a really good portion of that. I mean I should probably use "jogging" in quotes in this case. Anyway I would try and jog some small portion of the first half, which is a gentle upward slope, and then really try and put the emphasis on jogging on the way back, as may have guessed mostly downhill. My routine was turning into going that five miles run/walk then the next day walking a little route around my local neighborhood then the five mile thing again. I was doing that every day without fail for I don't know two or three weeks. Then I decided to go and stay at my dad's house for a month. Also the weather turned bad. Anyway lack of sleep kind of sucks.
I had all these ambitious plans for today up to and including lots of PHP studying and experimenting with VBScript and HTAs. I was all set to leave too and then I get the chance to visit with my niece. I am always a sucker for whatever reason for spending time with my niece. So I largely did that for pretty much all of today.
I did finally get to reading the rest of the chapter I was on in the PHP book but haven't taken notes on any of a number of chapters.
I figure out, mostly, how to capture an "output stream" of a command box. I also found a utility that will conveniently hide the command window.
Oh and I was going to try and implement SQLite into my HTA to sroe the various pieces of information. I haven't quite worked that out yet. Or the SQL thing in general for that matter.
I'm tired now actually so I think I'll be going to bed. At least I got a post in today.
